How do you know if you’re ready to level up?


In this moment if you’re not where you want to be in your life it’s probably a good indicator that you need to level up. “In order to become someone you’ve never been, you got to do thing’s you’ve never done.” ~ unknown


The ONLY way to fulfill your true potential is to take ACTION. Being passionate is great but not enough to make your dreams a reality. Before you start this journey you must ask yourself are my beliefs making me or breaking me. Every level up will demand a DIFFERENT YOU, this requires letting go of old beliefs that are keeping you stuck and no longer serve you.


Hey guys what’s up this is Tricia with MIND•BODY•SOUL if your old ways of doing things is no longer working for you stick around as I explore some key points that will move you to level up.


1. Identify Where You Are Currently


This is going to require getting real with yourself. Change is never easy and can be overwhelming, but the truth is it’s because our habits are deeply ingrained in us that we have to rewire our brain to think otherwise. Be patient with yourself because this will not happen overnight. Getting REAL with yourself requires opening up and asking the right questions, a good start would be, ask yourself what is it about my current state of living that’s not making me happy. Before you move forward on this journey there needs to be discernment so that you can take further action.


2. Your Work No a Longer Inspires You


When you recognize that what you’re are doing is not in alignment with your higher self and signs from the Universe keep nudging you to jump, it’s time to make a change.


3. Re-evaluate Your Circle of Friends


You are a product of your environment, ask yourself, is my circle of friends holding me back from fulfilling my highest potential. If the answer is yes, it’s time to level-up and find new friends. True honest friends don’t hold you back from living your best life, they motivate, inspire, encourage and support your passions and dreams.


4. Stop Comparing Yourself To Others


The biggest way to feel defeated is by comparing other peoples’ successes to your own. Studies have shown that social media increases depression and envy and decreases wellness, so if you want to level up quit worrying about what other people are doing and focus on yourself. We are where we are because of the choices we made, so honor the process and keep growing.


5. Self-Discipline


Your daily habits can make or break you. The way to build success is through developing self discipline habits. There will be days when you just want to give up but stay focused on the end goal.

Commitments, deadlines, promises are essential to success. Everyday imagine as though you have already achieved success and be as detailed as you possibly can and FEEL that feeling with every single cell of your body. Don’t wait for the perfect moment or you’ll be waiting a lifetime, take steps everyday to turn your dreams into reality.
