Liver Detox Cleanse
If you’re feeling low in energy, tired, or anxious, then your liver might need a quick cleanse.
Heavy foods, lack of sleep and stress are all signals that your liver needs a detox to get it back on track and functioning efficiently.
Here is a recipe that I use when I feel tired and anxious.
Always “GO GREEN” when you’re doing a quick detox. Dark leafy greens are filled with chlorophyll which purifies the body on a cellular level and helps the liver metabolize free radicals.
2 cucumbers 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, kale, chard or any other dark leafy greens) 2 organic lemon, peeled 1 tsp organic raw Spirulina 1 tsp organic raw Chlorella 2 celery stalks 1 cup purified or alkaline water
*juice all the ingredients and drink right away.
