The key to optimal health is nutrition and to develop mind-body connection through meditation and powerful I AM.. affirmations.

So what is mind-body connection? It is physical and emotional health intimately intertwined.

In other words our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitude can directly affect are biological functioning, because every thought has a chemical reaction which controls our inner state of being.

On my journey I can tell you after moving to AZ a little over two years ago as I’ve spent much time in Mother Nature and it has taught me so many lessons. I’m more happier than I’ve been in a really long time. I have learned to navigate my residual emotions from the past. When certain memories would come up that weren’t pleasant I would usually replay the whole scenario in my mind over and over again which was creating my own suffering.

Now when a past trauma surfaces I can navigate it by acknowledging it, not judging it and simply just let it float away without giving it any attention. Where you place your attention is where you place your energy.

Now on a bigger scale, globally there is this disorderliness that is taking place whether its environmental, political, cultural and so on..... When there is a complete breakdown of order something has to replace it. We then must rebuild order back into our world. However, and here is where it gets tricky, no matter what is going on in the world we CANNOT respond to those outward conditions with HATRED, ANGER, or FEAR because that’s the very thing that is DRIVING it in the first place.

This is where “the work” comes in-we have to get beyond our normal thinking patterns, habits, actions, and behaviours. We have to get beyond the residual emotions of the past in order to transform so we can collectively transform the world. In a nutshell we must awaken! The problem is how bad does it have to get before we DECIDE to awaken.

Think about it, if our thoughts can make us sick, depressed, fearful, feel lack and unworthy, is it then possible that are thoughts can make us well, happy, successful, live in a peaceful world, have more energy, more love, I believe the answer is YES. Then the question becomes Why wait to change? You can change when you are in a state of suffering or you can change when your in a state of joy.
