4 simple ways to reset your health


Let’s face it there are days when we derail off the train of health and wellness. The important thing to remember is that perfection does not exist! Vacations, business trips, visiting family, social gatherings is most likely where we indulge into a sugar coma, food that shouldn’t even be classified as food, alcohol consumption, and abnormal sleep patterns. Here are 4 simple ways to reset your health


1) Getting Back on Track The first couple days are the hardest so I approach it by being very strict which means, NO SUGAR, NO ALCOHOL, NO DAIRY, and absolutely NO PROCESSED FOODS, I mostly just eat quality PROTEIN and lots of veggies. Once you get through those first couple of days you will not only feel amazing but proud of yourself as well.


2) Move that Body Don’t drag yourself to the gym and half ass your workout just so you can be over it. Instead do something that you love, turn up your favourite music and dance around the house. Go for a run in the park or mountains, pick a video off of YouTube...just SWEAT OUT ALL THOSE TOXINS.


3) Find the Silence Light some candles and find peace in the silence. Get out of your head and just BE. Enjoy this beautiful blissful moment of just Being you.




4) Attitude of Gratitude Your life may not be where you want it to be, you may be struggling, but we all have a CHOICE To be grateful for the things we do have instead of going down the rabbit hole of self-destruction and self-pity.
